THE MORTGAGE BROKER ACADEMY
We are pleased to introduce you to our new Mortgage Broker Academy, provided in conjunction with our Financial Services network, Connect for Intermediaries.
The Academy has been designed to help Assured Funding Brokers become confident and competent advisers, in the specialist mortgage market.
REGULATION; In the regulated residential mortgage market an adviser must hold a mortgage qualification (typically, CeMap) and be supervised until they can demonstrate they are a competent adviser.
There is no such requirement in certain parts of the specialist market, so technically someone could set themselves up as a Commercial, Bridging and BTL broker more or less straight away without a qualification, or for many sales, without FCA regulation! However, most lenders will not accept an application from any adviser who is not part of a regulated environment, and Assured Funding Ltd only wants to work with professional advisers who are Client-centric and who understand the compliance requirements.
Assured Funding Ltd (a specialist, commercial finance broker, with an FCA authorised and regulated registration) has a proposition which is to always provide a professional financial service, for our property investor Clients.
WHO CAN JOIN US? The Academy will be offered to experienced Brokers and also to inexperienced candidates who are deemed capable, such as brokers returning to the industry, accountants, and property experienced individuals such as Estate or Letting agents who wish to start a new business.
It may also be offered to those with an interest in property who have experience in customer facing roles looking to move into this sector as the next stage of their career development.
Full initial and ongoing training, a huge resource library, placement team, packaging service, business development support, ad so much more....
The Mortgage Broker Academy is provided without charge. Ongoing membership fees are payable, more details upon request.
